DD2000GT GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 
DD2000GT is a double twist twisting machine: two thread twists are generated just with one spindle turn. The twisted material is wound onto a cardboard mandrel using a winding system controlled by the bobbin tension and generating precision crossed bobbins. This model of twisting machine is fully parameterizable: twist direction, number of twists, collection speed, cross ratio, etc.
 
 
The machine has a modular structure in sections, with four workstations on each side. Each of the main components (spindle, feeder, winder, etc.) are equipped with their own converters.
 
 
The control of each one of the workstations is carried out in a decentralized way through a drive in the workstation. The necessary data, such as spindle revolutions, turns per meter, etc., is centrally registered from the unit drive located in the general distribution board. This data will be the nominal value ??for the control of each workstation.
 
The necessary input data for operation can be collected in formulas that can be saved with a specific number and retrieved at any time. Such data is protected against unauthorized changes.
 
In this case we have two twisting lines for the generation of 250 mm wide bobbins and a weight of approximately 5 kg.
 
 

• 24 positions for the DD2000 GT Nº 111526-700 year 2008. For this line you can work with two different feeding systems depending on the product to be twisted.
 
 
• 16 positions for the DD2000 GT No. 11215-400 year 2011. In this line, only the fin system is available for unwinding the thread, which is used with larger products.
