Ben Machine – Indigo Benninger year 2008

1- Ben Link: automatic creel changing system for quick start-up and reduction of final waste, with capacity for up to 14 folders of 1.6 m diameter.

3-Ben-Dyemix:

• 6 dyeing boxes with N2 atmosphere:
• Automatic dosing prepared for Indigo Liq, Sulfur Dyes, NaOH, Hydro powder.
• Independent recirculation of each box with flow meter and VF that allows the total volume of the bath to be renewed up to 10 times/h
• Volume of 450 l/box
• Indirect steam
• 6 m of impregnation + 4 m. from the N2 chamber.
• 35 meters. oxidation
• 2 Vaporizers of 35 meters
• 3 Boxes for pre-washing, fixing, oxidation, neutralization with direct dosing from the kitchen and indirect steam.
• Two intermediate drying processes: Pad – Dry – Pad – Steam: Reactiv and Vat Dyes
• Dry before indigo or sulfur dye to collect the increase.
• 3 final wash boxes with the possibility of dosing from the kitchen for soaping, fixing, oxidation, etc. and with indirect steam.
• Pre-drying before gluing with 8 Steam-heated Stainless Steel Drums.
• 90 m accumulator. before gluing, to avoid loss of elasticity.
• Ben – Double dip and high squeeze gluing.
• 8 Drum Dryers.

PROCESSES:

1- Machine designed for high flexibility.
2- All boxes are independently configurable with direct dosages of pure products (liquid indigo, sulfur, NaOH, Hydro powder) to different boxes of the machine and dosages of kitchen product solutions, all with flowmeters and microvalves.
3- Background processes with sulfur, reagent, vats with or without vaporizer.
4- Indigo dyeing process, programmable from 1 to 6 depths with or without N2.
5- Programmable sulfur dye from 1 to 6 depths with 2 vaporizers to increase fixation and penetration.
6- Pad – Dry – Pad – steam processes alone or post dyeing with indigo and/or sulfur.
7- Programmable topping in the last two dyeing boxes with direct dosing of dye and/or solutions prepared in the kitchen, dosing with flowmeters and microvalves.
8- Finished with three wash tanks configurable to work together via overflow or separately for oxidation, fixation, neutralization, soaping, with direct dosing from the kitchen.
